The light conditions are not the best, but nice composition

Your problem was the time of day. The light was harsh burning the right side of the leaf and the little one above. Sometimes over-exposure is good. here it is distracting, having this blinding effect. Try taking this shot 4 hours earlier.
The over-saturation you can easily fix.
