Very nice! The desat seems to work. I'd crop some on the right but provide more room to the left. Also, you might consider cloning out that horizontal item which I guess is a board in the background. Try using a strong blur tool on the background to make it appear less busy. The dog is nice and sharp and stands out well.

hey guys.. thnx for the feedback thus far i looked to your comments and drew on them i think constructively i tried to blur the backround some to decrease the busyness and also chose a different crop thnx guys

You have a sort of halo/haze (don't know the correct word in English, sorry!) around the entire outline. It seams that you selected a bit of "dog" and orange as well when you made the blur selection...
